1. General provisions
1.1. This agreement is an official proposal (offer) of the LuckyPC online store (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) for the sale of goods to individuals and legal entities (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer).
1.2. Placing an order on the LuckyPC website means the Buyer's full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this agreement.
1.3. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to this agreement without prior agreement with the Buyer.
2. Subject of the agreement
2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the property of the Buyer to the Buyer of the goods selected on the website, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the goods in accordance with the terms of this agreement.
2.2. The name, characteristics, price and quantity of the goods are determined based on the information provided on the website at the time of placing the order.
3. Order placement and fulfillment
3.1. The Buyer places the order independently on the website or with the help of the Seller's manager.
3.2. The Seller confirms the order and informs the Buyer about the terms of delivery and payment.
3.3. In the event of the absence of the ordered product, the Seller has the right to offer a similar product or cancel the order with a refund (if payment has been made).
4. Price and payment procedure
4.1. The price of the product is indicated on the website and may change without prior notice.
4.2. Payment for the product is made in one of the following ways:
Online payment via bank card;
Postage at the carrier's office (including the postal service fee).
4.3. In the case of non-cash payment, the order is considered paid after the funds are credited to the Seller's account.
5. Delivery and receipt of the product
5.1. Delivery is carried out via carriers Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta.
5.2. The order is sent within 1-2 business days after confirmation of the order and/or payment.
5.3. The Buyer undertakes to check the product upon receipt. In case of damage, it is necessary to draw up a corresponding act in the presence of a representative of the carrier.
6. Return and warranty
6.1. The Buyer has the right to return or exchange the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
6.2. A return is possible if the goods have not been used and their presentation, packaging and completeness have been preserved.
6.3. The costs of returning the goods are covered by the Buyer if the return is carried out without defects.
7. Liability of the parties
7.1. The Seller is not liable for improper use of the goods by the Buyer after its receipt.
7.2. In the event of force majeure, the parties are released from liability for failure to fulfill the terms of the contract.
8. Personal data
8.1. By placing an order, the Buyer consents to the processing of his personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data".
8.2. The Seller guarantees non-disclosure of the received personal data to third parties, except for cases stipulated by law.
9. Final provisions
9.1. All disputes arising in the process of execution of this agreement shall be resolved through negotiations.
9.2. In case of impossibility of reaching an agreement, disputes shall be considered in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
