At LuckyPC, we comply with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" (Articles 8, 9) and guarantee your rights to return or exchange. Goods of good quality
• What can be returned: Laptops, nettops, accessories without traces of use, with preserved packaging and receipt.
• What cannot be returned: Equipment with use, individual settings (for example, RAM upgrade) or open packaging.
• Term: 14 days from the date of receipt (excluding the day of purchase).
• Process:
1. Notify us at +380630599039 or pc_look@outlook.com.
2. Send the product (Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta)
3. We check the product (1–2 days) and process the return.
Goods of inadequate quality
• What can be returned: Equipment with factory defects or damage during delivery.
• What cannot be returned: Goods damaged due to improper use (fall, moisture).
• Term: During the warranty period (6 months)
Process:

2. Send the product by mail (carrier of your choice) (we pay for shipping).
3. Check (1–3 days), exchange or refund.
Refund
• Term: Up to 7 days after returning the product.
• Decent quality: We refund the amount for the product, the buyer pays for return shipping.
• Defective quality: We refund the full amount, including shipping (we pay for return shipping).
